About Us

Welcome to our blog! We are simply best friends wanting to share our journey, experiences, and randomness with you. If you ask us if we planned this, the answer would be no. We knew the idea was possible and awesome but we also knew that it was all in God's hands. Cool how things work out right?

Hello! I'm Amy, wife to Robbie and mommy to be. Robbie and I have know each other for five years and have been married a year and a half. Robbie and I are so awesomely blessed that we have only been trying to get pregnant since December and four months later we are already expecting. We anticipate this being an interesting experience as I have been Type 1 Diabetic for 17 years. Hopefully whatever insight I get and whatever I go through, will be meaningful to any other T1D looking to start this same journey.

We pray for the welfare of our first born since Robbie and I have such different personalities. He's the calm one while I'm the frantic one, he's the sincere one, while I'm the sarcastic one, he's the strong defender and I cry at the drop of a pin...should make for a well rounded child.

Hi, I'm Becca, wife to Rhett and momma to Liam and a new addition. I have absolutely loved being a mom the last two years and am so excited about being a mom of two. It will definitely be interesting juggling terrible twos with a newborn. Liam is our strong willed, energetic child and he makes us smile everyday. However, I can only pray our next one gets a calm gene.

I have been married to this handsome accountant above for seven years now. Any other mommas out there that battle with tax season? :) I am a middle school teacher that loves my students like they were my own. Pregnancy and teaching is definately something to conquer and I am making that superpower yet again. Bring on the tutus and pregnant belly!

Rhett and I are really looking forward to seeing what God has planned for us in the upcoming months ahead. I can't express enough how excited I am that I get to share this journey with Amy and Robbie. Having someone so close for such a big event is a huge blessing. Here's to a happy 9 months and counting!
